Fees
The fee for renting the event hall and grounds for a wedding or social event range from $150 - $300.
Venue Options
Our Lake Lure event hall can hold up to 85 people comfortably for weddings, business meetings, social events, as well as outdoor campouts. We offer a large property with a playground and spacious covered pavillion for outdoor events. The location is private, quiet, and off the main road, with an abundance of free parking.
Community Center
We offer a full kitchen, tables, chairs, high-chair, restrooms (wheelchair accessible), gas fireplace, HVAC, Wi-Fi, and an entrance ramp.

Decorating, catering, and alcoholic beverages are allowed. See FAQs for restrictions. Smoking is not permitted indoors or on porches.

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed using your community center. It was the perfect gathering place for our family of all ages (2-91). Although we brought all our food, plates, utensils, etc. with us, it was nice having items available at the center for the few things we forgot to bring.
Whoever had the vision to build this clubhouse, I thought they may want to know how great it was to our family and how much we enjoyed it. Everyone was saying it was the perfect place for the party, and it was close to the Wyndham where we were staying. Once we nail down a date, I will be contacting you for our reservation for next year!
